| How long does it take to download a film? - This depends on the speed of your internet connection. Please allow time for the film to download in order to watch it in full otherwise it will keep stopping whilst it is buffering. | |||||||||||||||||||

| How Can I prevent problems viewing? - Ensure Firewall & Pop-up Blocker are closed, if you face problems clear Cookies & Internet History before you re-try. There are no Pop-ups or nasty hidden stuff on this site and Firewalls can cause viewing difficulties - Some Anti-virus software will prevent viewing so it is down to you to check suitability & settings and not us. Failure to comply with the above will result in no refunds. | Why can't I download using DSL? - The download accelerator installed is blocking referrer information and hence the site is not allowing entry as a valid customer as it does not know where the customer is coming from - uninstall the download accelerator entirely and retry. | |||||||||||||||||||
| Can I Watch Using A Dial Up Internet Connection? - No - Please do not use this site if you have a slow internet connection (i.e. Aol or Dial up etc) - You will not be able to download clips unless you have a high speed internet connection. You must have an uninterupted internet connection (you do not get this with Dial up). | I Pressed The Refresh, Back or Forward Button On my Internet Browser & Can't get back To The Film Can You Help? - 1. If you press the refresh button whilst on the page which contains the film then you will be sent to our Home Page and you will not able to get back to the film without paying again - please be patient whilst the page downloads. 2. If you press the refresh button whilst on the page which contains the Beetokens Link to the Film your Beetokens account will be debited twice - please only press the link to the film page. 3.
